4:00 PM LEGISLATION PENDING: AB2062 (De Leon) AMMO SALES RESTRICTIONS In AB2062, the proponents seek to mandate that all
retail handgun ammunition sales would have to be purchased only in a “face
to face” transaction. Retail purchasers of handgun ammunition would be
registered and fingerprinted at the point of purchase. The provisions of
AB2062 would have a negative impact on the millions of lawful purchasers of
handgun ammunition in California.
